Position Summary:
As the Community Relations Director, you are responsible for generating, responding to, and nurturing potential new resident leads, and for transitioning inquiries into admissions to achieve 100% census for the communities you serve. This role works closely with Executive Marketing Team as well as leaders in their assigned communities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet established goals to drive census
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing campaign
- Create and maintain a robust contact/email list for each community
- Monitor and maintain social medical activity daily
- Track and develops all leads in the CRM program (MCM)
